RETURNS

• Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition

• Please contact within 30 days of receiving your order, to ensure we can return said items, and possibly generate a return label.

• International Returns or Exchanges within 30 Days, minus shipping cost.  

• 30-Day Return Window - upon package arrival.  For full refund or exchange upon receiving returned item(s).

1. Contact within 30 Days of Receiving Item.
2. Generate return label we send you to return item(s) as they arrived, immediately.
3. Once received, customer receives full refund (U.S.) or refund minus shipping (International), or Exchange.
4. Personalized Items are non-returnable, as they are not resell able. 

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES

All orders ship first class USPS/International, unless customer contacts for shipping upgrade prior to ordering.

U.S. First Class Shipping - Ships within 1-3 Days / Arrives within 2-5 Days

International First Class Shipping - Ships within 1-3 Days / Arrives within 5-14 Days, Depending on Country Destination.  Once it leaves the U.S., we cannot control it's trajectory.
