I Heart Knives Earrings are cut from pearl red acrylic and two layer silver tone acrylic. Surgical steel posts are attached to back of each heart earring base. Stainless steel findings connect the heart earring base to the knife charms. I Heart Knife Earrings are sold as a pair; one left earring, one right earring.
