RETURNS

  • Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition
  • Please contact within 30 days of receiving your order, to ensure we can return said items, and possibly generate a return label.
  • International Returns or Exchanges within 30 Days, minus shipping cost.  
  • 30-Day Return Window - upon package arrival.  For full refund or exchange upon receiving returned item(s).
  1. Contact within 30 Days of Receiving Item.
  2. Generate return label we send you to return item(s) as they arrived, immediately.
  3. Once received, customer receives full refund (U.S.) or refund minus shipping (International), or Exchange.
  4. Personalized Items are non-returnable, as they are not resell able. 

 

Refunds (if applicable)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a full refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
